Hasan: I was tested based on symptoms I was experiencing. My father and half brother have it and unfortunately I have no relationship with them.

Kenneth: Then you reach the point That You decide to turn things around, take control of your own destiny and start hitting the gym. The obvious question then is: What (kind of) adaptations are Necessary for training with.
Hasan: All my training requires that i use support mechanisms like a smith machine or a bench with back support or a bench against my knees in order not to fall.
Kenneth: What are typical exercises That you can not do (if any)
